​First Call Property Inspections has adopted the following operating procedures for inspections.

• Clients, sellers and agents cannot attend the inspection.

• Accommodations will be made on a case-by case basis for at-risk occupants who cannot leave the home during the inspection. Any occupant who cannot leave the home will be asked to follow social distancing recommendations.

• Protective gear will be worn during the interior portion of the home inspection.

• Review of the property and inspection report will take place over the phone.

• If inspector exhibits any symptoms associated with COVID-19 virus your inspector will contact you.
