COMMERCIAL INSPECTIONS
A commercial inspection is a detailed evaluation of the current physical condition of a property. It's a visual inspection of all components, including the condition of the building envelope, structural systems, mechanical systems, and electrical systems.
I offer commercial inspections for a wide variety of clients purchasing retail, small office, or light industrial buildings, churches, and daycare facilities. I also provide component-specific assessments for clients who need a comprehensive view of individual components; these include crawlspace evaluations for owners of multi-dwelling units and roof-only assessments for homeowner associations.
An inspection is often required by lenders or investors during real estate transactions to assess the risks and potential liabilities. It can assist property owners, purchasers, and lenders in making educated decisions and ensuring the property’s long-term viability.
